MULTIWEDGE 45-65 (medium and high efficiency)

| Fiberbond’s
Multiwedge 45 and 65 filters are made with a tough, high-density
polyester media. It is resistant to high humidity, oil mists, acids,
alkalies and most organic solvents. The high dust capacity makes the
MultiWedge 45 and 65 stand-alone filters.
All perimeter edges
and internal dividers are oermannantly welded together with a heat seal
construction. This dielectric process assures a leak proof
self-supporting pocket that can withstand the most severe environmental
operating conditions.

MULTIWEDGE 85-95 (medium and high efficiency)

| Fiberbond’s
MultiWedge 85 and 95 filters act as two filters in one. The pink or
yellow air entering media stops and retains larger particles and the
center micro fine fiber media traps the small particulate. The
self-supporting pockets stay erect at any air flow and heat sealed
perimeter edges and internal dividers eliminate the concern of dust
leakage. The synthetic media used in the fabrication of the MultiWedge
85 and 95 is unaffected by moisture.

RIGID-AIR (medium and high efficiency)

| Rigid-Air
extended media surface rigid filters are designed for use in most
commercial or industrial HVAC systems where medium to high efficiency
filtration is required.
The filtering medias used for this
filter are synthetic or fiberglass available in ASHRAE efficiencies of
50-55%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95%. These filteres come in standard
dimensions with a depth of 6" and 12".

PRECISIONCELL (medium and high efficiency)

| PrecisionCell
extended media separator type rigid filters are fabricated with glass
microfibers and held in place by aluminum separators. Three styles are
available: box, single, and double header. PrecisionCell filters are
available in average efficiency ranges of 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% per
ASHRAE Standard 52.1 test methods. They are made for commercial or
industrial use in variable air volume HVAC systems with speeds up to
625 FPM.

| PrecisionCell
II extended surface minipleat rigid filters are a nominal four inches
deep. They are designed for use in most commercial and industrial HVAC
systems where medium to high efficiency filtration is required. They
are available in average efficiency ranges of 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95%
per ASHRAE Standard 52.1 atmospheric dust spot test methods.
Two
styles are available: standard box and an optional headered (top and
bottom) version hat are manufactured with a header for use in existing
side access housings with 1” track.

| JAS Filtration’s CJST housings are built for use of prefilters and high efficiency final filters.
They are made of 16 gauge galvanized steel with vertical support columns and reinforced with corner gussets.
Doors
come with gaskets inside and quick action pressure retainers. Housings
are sealed by applying a sealer where two metal surfaces are touching.
Filter
tightness is assured are by the use of extruded aluminum rails combined
with positive seal woven nylon pile on the inside vertical flange.

UNI-WASH UC

| THE BEST IN ITS CLASS
Uni-Wash wet type dust collectors are designed for the capture of wetable and sinkable contaminants. These systems employ a unique, patented five-stage filtration system for scrubbing particulate out of the air and collecting it as wet sludge. Uni-Wash dust collectors are self contained, water recirculating type units for removal of most industrial and foundry dusts from exhaust system air. Dirt, lint, grindings, sanding, finishing dust and other contaminants that do not float in water are all thoroughly washed out and trapped as wet sludge. In many instances, the cleaned air may be returned back into the plant for substantial energy savings. Installation is simple: units are ready for immediate hook-up to water, drain, ducts and electric power. The compact design requires minimum floor space. Shipped in section or fully assembled, depending on size, systems are generally ready for immediate start-up. Water is continuously agitated by the suction of the air through the machine. There are no nozzles, piping or water pumps to clean, repair or replace. The consumption water is easily removed from the sloping tank side through the grating or operational access doors, or through the use of optional automatic sludge removal equipment.

MACHINEMASTER

MACHINEMASTER systems effectively remove contaminants by drawing them through a vertical upward flow pattern of complex filter stages. TORNADO CYCLONES

TORNADO Cyclone Dust Collectors are high performance, low cost dust collection systems. The collectors separate fine to heavy weight airborne particulate matter from the air stream by converting the single inlet stream into a double vortex confined within the cone shaped collector. Two opposing, spiralling air stream conditions are then created to trap the particulate on the outside of the collector wall, causing the particulate to gravitate downward into the hopper section for disposal. ProVent's TORNADO Model Cyclone Collectors are available for the capture of abrasive particulate, and light or fine particulate with air flotation tendencies. TORNADO Cyclones are standard systems ranging in capability from 440 CFM to 26,400 CFM. Standard features include solid welded, heavy gauge weather resistant construction and reinforced steel legs. The entire system is primed and finished with an industrial acrylic enamel.
